Once upon a time, in a bustling city, there was a small restaurant tucked away on a quiet street. The restaurant was owned by a passionate chef named Kim, who had a lifelong love for food and a dream of sharing that love with others.
The restaurant was cozy and inviting, with warm lighting and comfortable chairs that welcomed guests in. As soon as they entered, they were greeted by the mouthwatering smells of freshly cooked dishes that wafted from the kitchen. The menu was carefully crafted, featuring a mix of classic and innovative dishes that celebrated the chef's culinary creativity.
Word about the restaurant quickly spread, and soon, people from all over the city were flocking to the little eatery to taste the delicious food. They raved about the perfectly creating Uramaki, the tender beef short ribs dishes, and the flavorful sauces that tied everything together.
But it wasn't just the Japanese food that kept people coming back - it was the welcoming atmosphere and the personalized service that made them feel like they were part of the restaurant family. Kim, made it a point to greet every guest personally and chat with them about their dining experience. The waitstaff were attentive and friendly, making sure that every need was met and every craving satisfied.
Since October of 2022, the restaurant grew and evolved, but the heart and soul of it remained the same. Kim continued to experiment with new dishes and techniques, always striving to bring fresh flavors and unique experiences to the table.
And so, We believe the little restaurant on the quiet street will became a beloved institution in the city, a place where people could come together to enjoy great food, great company, and great memories. And it all started with one chef's passion and determination to share their love of food with the world.

Wonderful food and atmosphere. We had the set menu with salmon and every part was delicious with so much attention to detail, especially the mixed starters. Very reasonable price for the amount of food you get. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Portsmouth's newest Japanese restauarant, have been to a few and this is by far the only one you get a real feel and taste of Japan, the food is very resonable, plentiful, tasty and varied, its small so book but definately worth a try. Owners and staff are very friendly and explain everything to you, will definately be our monthly go to. Well done team and good luck.
